The true concept of yoga, misconceptions, etymology, the broad classification of yoga into bhavana group and pranasamyamana group. Karma yoga, Bhakthi yoga, and Jnana yoga, their practical applications, Hatha yoga, Raja yoga and kundalini yoga, Ashtanga yoga (Raja yoga), the main integral system of yoga , a complete life science. Yoga and mental health, Patanjala yoga sutras, yoga psychology and philosophy, yogic way of human relations. Anatomy and physiology of asnas (postures), pranayama (breathing patterns) mudras (gestures) , bandhas (locks).Meditation for peace and harmony , inner silence, Yoga Nidra, methods of concentration and learning skills, yoga for stress management , yoga for women and girls, Geriatric yoga for the elderly people and many more.(2 hours lecture class daily)
Pawanamuktasana series (anti-gastric, anti-rheumatic and energy block groups.) beginners group of asanas(postures), intermediate group, meditative asanas and balancing asanas, Surya Namaskara, cleansing processes (kriyas), mudras (gestures) bandhas (neuromuscular locks and holds) inner silence, Yoga Nidra, concentration, contemplation and deep absorption, (2 hours practical class daily).
The participants should attend all other courses such as anti- stress workshop, yoga for women and Geriatric yoga. Total time will have to be 200 hours .T.T.C certificate will be given to the participants.
